Registration Info - 2008

1.  On Line registration is now available through the on-line facility.

2.  Walk-in registrations will take place on Saturday Mar. 1st and Saturday Mar. 29th from 9:00AM to 2:00PM at the Ray Friel Centre.

3.  Try Softball Day registration is on Saturday Mar. 1st at Terry Fox E.S. (Jeanne d'Arc Blvd North) and at Arc en Ciel school (Gardenway Dr.) and again on Saturday Mar. 29th at Arc en Ciel School.  Both session run from 10:00AM to 1:00PM.

4.  Mail in registration can be done by completing the registration form (English or French) and sending it & a cheque (payable to 'OAFA') to:

5.  Before April 13th completed registration forms and cheques can also be dropped off at Lacroix Source for Sport on St. Joseph Blvd in Orleans.

Notes:

• Players interested in the Rep program must register before March 9th, 2008 (before the first tryout session).
• Any player registering after April 13th will not qualify for the early discount fee and will incur an additional $35.00 charge.
• NO REFUNDS are given after May 1st. Any refund before May 1st is subject to a $35.00 admin fee.
• A family registering more than 3 players shall only pay for the 3 oldest player.
• ** Players selected for a Rep team will be charged an additional $130.00 following team selection.
• *  Players selected for a Select team will charged an additional $40.00 following team selection.

Police Record Check for Coaches

In compliance with Ontario's laws we require that all coaches provide us with a completed police record check. To do this please:

1) Download, print and complete the Police Record Check form.

2) Obtain a OAFA Police Check cover letter from your convenor or by contacting Ken or Pam at kpnaylor@sympatico.ca  or from Penny Watson at mjwatson@sympatico.ca

3) Go to the Police station with the completed form, the cover letter and the relevant identification OR bring the completed form and relevant identification (and copy) to the first walk-in registration day (Mar 1st).

4) Show the completed forms, as returned by the Police, to your convenor.
